Membership Eligibility
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Your account and Registration obligations
If you use the Website www.shop.cpplusworld.com/account, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.
Your mobile or phone number and/or e-mail address are treated as your primary identifier on the Website. Services Offered
CP PLUS provides a number of Internet-based services through the Website. One such Service enables Users to purchase original merchandise such as Camera and accessories from CP PLUS brands ("Product/Products"). The Product can be purchased through the Website through various methods of payments offered. The sale/purchase of Products shall be additionally governed by specific policies of sale, like cancellation policy, exchange policy, return policy, etc. (which are found on the FAQ tab on the Website i.e. www.shop.cpplusworld.com/pages/faqs and all of which are incorporated here by reference). It is clarified that at the time of creating a return request, Users are required to confirm (via a check box click) that the Product being returned is unused and has the original tags intact and also the specific reason for returning the product by selecting the most appropriate drop-down option available therein. If the Product returned by the User is used, damaged or if the original tags are missing, the User’s return request shall be declined, and the said Product shall be re-shipped back to the Customer. In the event that the return request is declined, the User shall not be eligible for a refund, and CP PLUS assumes no liability in this regard. Further, in the event that the user fails to accept the receipt of the said re-shipped product, the User shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and CP PLUS assumes no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped product. In addition, these Terms of Use may be further supplemented by Product specific conditions, which may be displayed with that Product.
CP PLUS does not warrant that the Product description or other content on the Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free and assumes no liability in this regard.

Communications on Website
When you use the Website or send emails or other data, information or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you agree to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. Charges and Convenience Fee
Membership on the Website is free for buyers. CP PLUS does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website. CP PLUS reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. CP PLUS may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event CP PLUS reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately on and after being posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to ADITYA INFOTECH LTD (“CP PLUS”).
Subject to the Terms of Use and the below terms and conditions, CP PLUS may levy a convenience fee on all low-value orders on the Website, as detailed in www.shop.cpplusworld.com/pages/faqs and for cases provided under point 5 below, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Convenience Fee”.
- The Convenience Fee shall be specified on the shopping bag page on the Website.
- The Convenience Fee shall be charged on the overall order value.
- CP PLUS reserves the right to modify/waive off the Convenience Fee from time to time.
- The Convenience Fee shall be quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws for making payments to ADITYA INFOTECH LTD.
- To protect the rights of customers, CP PLUS reserves the right to collect Convenience Fee for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted, of the number of orders placed through such accounts.

User Conduct and Rules on the Website
You agree, undertake and confirm that Your use of the Website shall be strictly governed by the following binding principles:

- infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address or phone number) or rights of publicity,
- contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page),
- provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses,
- contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult),
- tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to the Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Website or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users,
- interferes with another User’s use and enjoyment of the Website or any other individual’s User and enjoyment of similar services,
- infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights or third party’s trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products,
- violates any law for the time being in force,
- threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation,
- shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading,
- shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider (“ISPs”) or other suppliers.

A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:
- User doesn’t reply to the payment verification mail sent by CP PLUS,
- User fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification,
- Misuse of another User’s phone/email,
- User uses invalid address, email and phone no,
- Overuse of a voucher code,
- Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used,
- User returns the wrong product,
- User refuses to pay for an order,
- User involved in the snatch and run of any order,
- Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to business/revenue to CP PLUS,
- User with excessive returns,
- Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order.

CP PLUS may cancel any order that classify as ‘Bulk Orders’/’Fraud orders’ under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’/’Fraud Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by CP PLUS:
- Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial use or resale,
- Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category,
- Bulk quantity of the same product ordered,
- Invalid address given in order details,
- Any malpractice used to place the order,
- Any promotional voucher used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ may not be refunded,
- Any order placed using a technological glitch/loophole.

CP PLUS does not facilitate business to business transaction between CP PLUS and business Customers at the Website. You are advised to refrain from transacting on the Website if You intend to avail the benefits of input tax credit.

You shall not use the Website for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes, which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules of the CP PLUS and interrupt or causes to interrupt, damages the use by other Users of CP PLUS.

You shall not use any false e-mail address, impersonates any person or entity, or otherwise misleads CP PLUS by sharing multiple address and phone numbers or transacting with malafide intentions.

We on certain landing page even allow our Users to experience free exchange of ideas and observations regarding interest in the field of camera and web-camera, including ‘viewing user generated content’ and/or ‘videos’ and ‘posting comments’. By accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content to any specific dedicated page on the Website, you accept and consent to the practices described in these ‘Terms of Service’ and ‘Privacy Policies’, as well as any other terms prescribed by the CP PLUS on the Website. You agree and undertake that when accessing, viewing and/or posting any user generated content on these pages, you will not imitate, abuse, harass, any Customer/User or violate and exploit, any of these ‘Terms of Service’ of the Website.

Please note that you can only use CP PLUS Credits to buy products from your registered account on the CP PLUS app or Website. CP PLUS Credits cannot be:
- Used for payment of orders placed on other CP PLUS accounts,
- Transferred to any other CP PLUS user's account, bank account, wallets, etc. Additionally, CP PLUS may unilaterally terminate Your account on any event as mentioned in the Terms of Use under this point. User Conduct and Rules on the Website. Any CP PLUS credits earned as goodwill compensation, earned via loyalty or referral program or promotional campaigns or earned through gift cards purchased on other websites will be forfeited in such cases.

There is an option available to You for providing your measurements for the Installation Services:
House Measurements: In this mode, our installation partner comes to your house and takes physical measurements. The Products are installed as per the measurements taken by the said installation partner.

CP PLUS does not make any warranty with respect to accuracy and correctness of the house measurements or the Installation Services or the conduct of the installation partner nor does CP PLUS make any warranty or representation with respect to quality, effectiveness or correctness of the product installed using the Installation Services.
The Installation Services including any ‘house measurements’ taken by our installation partners and collection of measurements are being availed by You at Your sole risk and expense.
- In the event You are not comfortable with our installation partners for any reason whatsoever, You may (i) cancel the installation request on CP PLUS Website instantly; or (ii) ask the installation partner to leave your premises immediately and reach out to our customer care team.

You understand that, in the event selected Product in your cart is out of the inventory, CP PLUS provides You an option in your cart to the instant notification as soon as the availability of the selected product.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

Delivery Related

Termination

Any CP PLUS credits earned as goodwill compensation, earned via loyalty or referral program or promotional campaigns or earned through gift cards purchased on other Websites will be forfeited in such cases. Returns/Refund for such Users shall be at the sole discretion of CP PLUS; and
